Statutory Entitlements – No Fee
In NSW investigation costs, medical report fees and legal costs for claims by injured workers are covered by a NSW Government funded scheme. We do not charge you for statutory claims and there is no cost to you. We will secure government funding for your claim.
Work Injury Damages – No Win No Fee

What you are entitled to
Injured workers are entitled to compensation which includes weekly benefits, hospital and medical expenses, counselling and rehabilitation costs and return to work programs. In addition where an injury has led to an impairment a worker is entitled to a lump sum payment. These entitlements are payable when your employment is a substantial contributing factor to your injury even if you are at fault.
In some situations you will be entitled to compensation that assists you with home modifications or help around the house and transport.
Navigating the workers compensation system can be daunting.

The process

It is important to remember that a workers compensation claim should be made within six months of the incident. There are some exceptions if this did not happen. Speak to us so we can give you advice based on your specific circumstances.
